FAQ: Weather/Cancelation Refund Policy:

At Liberty Party Jumpers, we understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows: If you have paid in full for your jumper rental, we will refund the total amount paid minus the deposit. The deposit amount will be retained and converted into a rain check, which can be used as credit towards any future rental within one year from the original booking date. Please note that the rain check is non-transferable and can only be used by the original customer who made the initial booking. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper handling of your refund and rain check. We strive to provide excellent service and flexibility to our valued customers. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.

Liberty Party Jumpers las vegas party rentals, Does Not Refund Due To Weather, If paid in if weather affects your event we can always reschedule or issue a "Rain Check" that stays on file for 1 year. Please plan your event rental las vegas with weather conditions in mind. Our bounce houses do have tops on them and can be used in most weather conditions.

If your Las Vegas Bounce house party or event is beyond our listed service areas, just text prior (702) 570-2230 We may be able to make special accommodations to suit your event. We travel to Pahrump, Boulder City & Mesquite Nevada depending on several different variables.

FAQ: Do You Set Bounce Houses Up on Dirt?

We do set up our dry bounce houses on any surface, when checking out there will be a drop down "set up surface" menu, simply select your surface type.
Note We do not set up inflatable water slides on dirt as it makes a very unenjoyable experience for everyone involved. if you are unsure, you text a picture directly to (702) 570-2230 and we will be happy to go over all options.

FAQ: How long are the party jumper rentals for?

Liberty Party Jumpers provides up to 6-hour rentals with all costs included in the listed prices. If you need the bounce house or party rentals for more than the included rental time, it's only an additional $20 per hour beyond the initial 6 hours. When you choose your date and time, our system will automatically calculate any extra time if you select more than 6 hours. We also offer multi-day and overnight rentals at 50% off the listed rental price for each additional day. Both options can be selected from the drop-down menu when booking. We're flexible and want you to enjoy your bounce house rentals in Las Vegas, so feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

FAQ: What type of Payments does Liberty Party Jumpers accept? How Secure Is My Online Transaction?

We accept all payments, credit card, Debit Card, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp or cash.
We do require the deposit to be paid by by either credit or debit card as that payment will remain on file for purposes of any bounce house damage, theft or any additional cost may be acquired through any of the listed reasons.
