At Liberty Party Jumpers, we understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows: If you have paid in full for your jumper rental, we will refund the total amount paid minus the deposit. The deposit amount will be retained and converted into a rain check, which can be used as credit towards any future rental within one year from the original booking date. Please note that the rain check is non-transferable and can only be used by the original customer who made the initial booking. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper handling of your refund and rain check. Please plan your event rental las vegas with weather conditions in mind. Our bounce houses do have tops on them and can be used in most weather conditions.
